Within Austria and Germany, shipping is free when you buy two or more #thegreenspeaker. Within all other European countries, the shipping cost of multiple speakers is significantly lower compared to the purchase of one. You can find specific shipping costs for all European countries in the table below.
We know that you would love to have your new BAMBOUSTICS speaker right away, and hence we are trying our best to get it to you as soon as possible. If no other deadline is provided, all parcels will be shipped within 3 working days after order receipt and payment. For shipping itself we rely on the services of DHL Paket (Austria) GmbH and Hermes Logistik GmbH & Co KG.
You can find delivery times and costs in the table below. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays (and in some countries also on Saturday). Once the package has been
collected by the carrier, you will receive a tracking number from us allowing you to track your shipment online.
Please note: for deliveries to countries outside the EU, you may be subject to additional costs for customs duties and/or import taxes. For shipping outside of Europe, please send us a message and we will make you a tailored quote.

Innerhalb von Österreich und nach Deutschland ist der Versand beim Kauf von zwei oder mehr #thegreenspeaker kostenlos. Auch für den Rest von Europa werden die Versandkosten beim Kauf von zwei oder mehr Lautsprechern deutlich geringer. Details kannst Du in der unteren Tabelle finden.
Wir wissen, dass Du Deinen neuen BAMBOUSTICS Speaker am liebsten gleich hättest und bemühen uns daher diesen so schnell wie möglich zu Dir zu bekommen. Soweit keine andere Frist angegeben ist, werden alle Pakete innerhalb von 1-3 Werktagen (wir arbeiten Montag bis Freitag) nach Bestell- und Zahlungseingang versendet. Beim Versand selbst verlassen wir uns auf unsere Versandpartner DHL Paket (Austria) GmbH und Hermes Logistik GmbH & Co KG.
Die entsprechenden Laufzeiten und Kosten kannst Du in nachstehender Tabelle finden. Bitte beachte, dass an Sonn- und Feiertagen und in einigen Ländern auch am Samstag keine Zustellung erfolgt. Nach dem Versand erhältst Du von uns eine Trackingnummer, mit der Du die Sendung online verfolgen kannst.
Achtung: bei Lieferungen in Länder außerhalb der EU können Zusatzkosten in Form von Zöllen oder Einfuhrsteuern anfallen, die von Dir selbst zu tragen sind.
